On Sunday, June 16th, HELPCO went to Camenisch Park for a preserve and enhance the environment event. The event began at 1:00 pm and lasted until 2:00 pm. After the event concluded the park and surrounding areas looked spectacular. The HELPCO volunteers were thankful to help and motivated by their desire to make a difference. HELPCO exists to help everyone and will continue to improve our communities.
The next preserve and enhance event will be on Sunday, June 23rd at Elmwood Park. The park is located at 1261 Elmwood Lane in Denver (80221). The event is scheduled to start at 1:00 pm in the park and then will extend onto the area streets. While the event is scheduled for 1 hour, the cleanup will continue on if needed.
