On Sunday, February 16th, HELPCO went to Country Estates Park for a preserve and enhance the environment event. The event began around 1:00 pm and lasted until just past 2:00 pm. After the event concluded the park and surrounding areas looked much cleaner. The HELPCO volunteers did their best and were motivated by their desire to make a difference. HELPCO exists to help everyone and will continue to improve our communities.
The next preserve and enhance event will be on Sunday, February 23rd, at McKay Landing Park. The park is located at 14256 McKay Park Cir in Broomfield (80023). The event is scheduled to start at 1:00 pm in the park and then will extend onto the area streets. While the event is scheduled for 1 hour, the cleanup will continue on if needed.
