HELPCO held a preserve and enhance the environment event at Shadow Ridge Park on Sunday, April 28th. The cleanup began at 1:00 pm and lasted until about 2:00 pm. By the conclusion of the event the park and surrounding streets looked amazing. The HELPCO volunteers were again thankful to help and enjoyed the day. Area residents passing by were also appreciative of the effort made to improving their neighborhood.
The next preserve and enhance the environment event for HELPCO will be on Sunday, May 5th at Quail Creek Park. The park is located at 2300 W 138th Ave in Broomfield (80023). The event is set to begin at 1:00 pm in the park and then spread out onto the surrounding areas. The cleanup is scheduled to last for 2 hours but the time will be extended if needed.
