Big Dry Creek Park in Denver was the most recent recipient of a preserve and enhance the environment event held by HELPCO last Sunday, April 1st. The event began at 12:00 pm and ended just after 1:00 pm. After a little over an hour the park and surrounding areas looked beautiful. The HELPCO wagon was once again filled with bags of litter and recyclables that were picked up around the park and surrounding areas. The patrons at the park were appreciative of the work and it was another job well done.
HELPCO will hold their next preserve and enhance the environment event on Sunday, April 8th at Bronco Park. The park is located at 3100 Westlake Dr in Broomfield (80020). The event will start at 1:00 pm and is scheduled to last for 1 hour but the time will be extended if needed. Look for the HELPCO shirts if you would like to join us.
