HELPCO held a preserve and enhance the environment event at Stukey Park on Sunday, December 20th, 2020. The cleanup began around 1:00 pm and lasted until about 2:00 pm. By the conclusion of the event the park and surrounding streets looked better than before. The HELPCO volunteers were again thankful to help and enjoyed the day. Area residents passing by were also appreciative of the effort made to improving their neighborhood.
The next preserve and enhance the environment event for HELPCO will be on Sunday, December 27th, at Village Greens Park. The park is located at 11654 Pennsylvania St in Northglenn (80233). The event is set to begin at 1:00 pm in the parking area and then spread out onto the surrounding areas. The cleanup is scheduled to last for 1 hour but the time will be extended if needed.
