On Sunday, November 11th, HELPCO went to Jaycee Park for a preserve and enhance the environment event. The event began at 1:00 pm and lasted until almost 2:00 pm. After the event concluded the park and surrounding areas looked improved considering the snow coverage. The HELPCO volunteers braved the snowfall and cold temperatures to provide support to the community. HELPCO is dedicated to help despite any adversity.
The next preserve and enhance event will be on Sunday, November 18th at A B Thomas Park. The park is located at 10525 Irma Dr in Northglenn (80233). The event is scheduled to start at 1:00 pm in the park and then will extend onto the area streets. While the event is scheduled for 1 hour, the cleanup will continue on if needed.
