HELPCO held a preserve and enhance the environment event at Larson Park on Sunday, November 25th. The cleanup began at 1:00 pm and lasted until about 2:00 pm. By the conclusion of the event the park and surrounding streets looked great. The HELPCO volunteers were excited to be able to make an immediate impact on the area. The end result was another beautiful park and time well spent.
The next preserve and enhance the environment event for HELPCO will be on Sunday, December 2nd at Kiwanis Park. The park is located at 10655 Washington St in Northglenn (80233). The event is set to begin at 1:00 pm in the park and then spread out onto the surrounding areas. The cleanup is scheduled to last for 1 hour but the time will be extended if needed.
