On Sunday, August 22nd, HELPCO went to North Midway Park for a preserve and enhance the environment event. The event began around 10:00 am and lasted until almost 11:00 am. After the event concluded the park and surrounding areas looked noticeably improved. The HELPCO volunteers did their best and were motivated by their desire to make a difference. HELPCO exists to help everyone and will continue to improve our communities.
The next preserve and enhance event will be on Sunday, August 29th, at South Midway Park. The park is located at 1280 W Midway Blvd in Broomfield (80020). The event is scheduled to start at 10:00 am in the park and then will extend onto the area streets. While the event is scheduled for 1 hour, the cleanup will continue on if needed.
