On Sunday, April 14th, HELPCO went to Wildgrass Park for a preserve and enhance the environment event. The event began at 1:00 pm and lasted until almost 2:00 pm. After the event concluded the park and surrounding areas looked amazing. The HELPCO volunteers were pleased to help and were motivated by their desire to make a difference. HELPCO exists to help everyone and will continue to improve our communities.
The next preserve and enhance event will be on Sunday, March 21st at Cherrywood Park. The park is located at 9752 Hanover Ct E in Thornton (80602). The event is scheduled to start at 1:00 pm in the park and then will extend onto the area streets. While the event is scheduled for 1 hour, the cleanup will continue on if needed.
